We designed this electric fireplace heater to run on 400V and put out 2500W. That combination gives you serious heat in a tight space. The 400V input is a smart fit for industrial and commercial setups. It keeps the current lower, so your wiring stays cleaner and more efficient. And the 300mm tube length? It gives you a predictable footprint. That means you can slot the heater into an existing assembly without having to redesign the whole housing.
The build: halogen, coating, and a solid connection
Inside is a shortwave halogen infrared heater, tucked into a quartz tube. The halogen chemistry keeps the filament stable, so output stays consistent over time. The tube has a special coating to spread the heat evenly and protect the element. For the connections, we went with an R7s ceramic two-pin connector. It’s built to handle the high temperature at the ends of the quartz tube, and it slips in straight—no adapter plate, no fuss.
Why it shines in a fireplace
Electric fireplaces need heat fast, and they need it focused. This heater delivers on both counts. The shortwave infrared hits the mark almost instantly, and the 300mm length keeps the footprint small. You get dependable wattage and a connection you can trust.
