Introduction
We built these USB electric heaters for engineers who need serious heat in a seriously small package. This isn’t some gadget for your living room. It’s a tough, industrial piece of kit, born to live inside machinery where space is tight and keeping a steady temperature is absolutely critical.
The Inside Story
Here’s the thing—we chose every spec for one reason: to make your life easier during integration. The 400V input gives you a ton of power without taking up a ton of space. It heats up fast, so you don’t have to worry about it lagging behind your machine’s pace. And the length? We engineered it to fit right into standard mounting spots. That means you can swap it in and get back to work—no redesigning the whole assembly. It’s all about keeping your automated lines running without a hitch.
What It’s Made Of
Inside, you’ll find quartz halogen elements. They’re the reason this thing responds so quickly and holds its temperature so steady. We also coated the element to shield it from the outside world—from grime to sudden temperature swings. It just keeps going, even when you’re cycling it on and off all day long. And that R7s connector? It’s a simple, solid choice. It locks in tight, carries the current safely, and when it’s time for maintenance, you can swap it out in seconds. No tools needed.
Where It Shines
These heaters are made for real industrial work—think localized drying, pre-heating seals, or just holding a steady temperature on a production line. The USB control interface makes wiring a breeze and lets the heater talk easily with your PLCs and temperature controllers. Now, a heads-up. Because it packs so much heat into a small space, you’ll need to make sure the surrounding chassis has proper cooling. But if you plan for that, you get something amazing: repeatable, controllable heat in places a bigger heater could never dream of fitting.
